Red Ant Fimls
and Expeditions

We design intimate, dynamic, and low-impact expeditions that allow travelers to explore remote territories on our mobile camps move with the rhythm of nature, providing exclusive access to pristine wilderness areas rarely reached by traditional tourism.

At the heart of our work is a long-standing partnership with Indigenous tribes "Makabila", built through years of collaboration in:

  • Conservation initiatives

  • Amplify the coexistence between people and wildlife

  • Community storytelling and audiovisual projects

These relationships allow our guests to experience authentic cultural exchange while directly supporting local conservation and livelihoods.

In addition to expeditions, Red Ant also engages in audiovisual production, documenting wildlife, conservation efforts, and community stories in partnership with organizations working across northern Tanzania.

Northern Tanzania, land of living giants

At Red Ant Films and Expeditions, we design mobile 4X4, low-impact safari experiences that go beyond traditional tourism. From our base in Arusha, our expeditions take you into the remote off-grid environments and culturally rich landscapes of northern Tanzania.

Each journey is carefully crafted to combine:

  • Wildlife encounters, cultural immersion, exclusive access to remote landscapes
conservation awareness, comfort in the wild.
